The primary responsibilities include delivering high-yield content lectures, facilitating test-taking strategies, providing individualized student support, and monitoring progress to close knowledge gaps. The instructor will also collaborate with the curriculum team to refine teaching methods and ensure alignment with USMLE preparation objectives.QualificationsExpertise in teaching high-yield medical concepts relevant to USMLE Step 1, including pathophysiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and biochemistryProficiency in implementing strategic test-taking methods and addressing common exam pitfallsStrong interpersonal skills to provide individualized support and mentorship to studentsAbility to collaborate with educational teams to optimize curriculum and instructional strategiesExceptional presentation, verbal communication, and group engagement skillsUSMLE Step 1 passage with a strong score; holding or pursuing a medical degree is requiredPrior teaching or tutoring experience, especially in Step 1 preparation, is preferredCommitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
