This position offers a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Responsibilities Assumes responsibility for ongoing health maintenance and clinical management of stable chronically ill patients Diagnoses and treats a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions Initiates symptomatic treatment including worker's compensation cases Performs periodic wellness evaluations and plans for employee health maintenance Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes Educates patients and their families on health management and disease prevention Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records. Oversees day to day operations of clinic, open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm Coordinates health and wellness planning with clinic and/or health staff and other appropriate personnel Qualifications License to practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of AR Minimum of 2 years of experience as an APRN, preferably in an industrial or occupational health setting Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Education Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Thank you for visiting our careers page.
