This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about creating a great team member experience and is eager to build skills in training, facilitation, and program coordination.JOB TYPEClassification: Non-ExemptSupervises Position: NoJob SummaryWhat You’ll Do:Support New Hire Orientation (Primary Focus)Coordinate and execute MyStart New Hire Orientation (NHO) sessions, including scheduling, materials, and logisticsServe as facilitator and/or presenter for portions of orientationCreate a welcoming, engaging experience that reflects our culture and valuesCollect feedback from new hires and help improve the onboarding experienceCoordinate Learning ProgramsSupport planning and delivery of training sessions (in-person and virtual)Prepare materials, manage registrations, and track attendanceMaintain training calendars and communicate learning opportunitiesManage Learning Systems & DataUpdate and maintain content in the Learning Management System (LMS)Track training completion and generate basic reportsProvide support to team members accessing training resourcesGrow Your Facilitation SkillsSupport facilitators and gradually lead portions of training sessionsBuild confidence presenting content to groups over timeProvide coordination and administrative support for performance management activities, including report tracking, resource updates, and leader communications Assist in maintaining performance-related learning content and ensuring materials are accessible, accurate, and up to dateSupport data gathering and reporting efforts related to performance cycles and development initiativesProvide support to team members accessing performance and talent development resourcesPerformance Management & Talent DevelopmentWhy This Role MattersYou’ll play a key role in how team members experience their first days—and that first impression lasts.
