Rate would be in between $30-$38/HourDuration: 8+ Months (High possibility of extension)Work Requirement:Must be local to Metro Atlanta100% Onsite roleJob OverviewThe Database Administrator I will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within the EHR system (Mylnsight). This role involves performing data audits, correcting inconsistencies, supporting billing accuracy, and developing standardized documentation processes.Key Responsibilities1. Front Desk Data Validation & CorrectionUse SQL queries and Mylnsight reporting tools to identify and correct front desk data entry errorsConduct routine audits for:Benefit assignments (outdated or incorrectly end-dated benefits)Insurance relationships (ensure “Self” is correctly assigned)Checkout status (investigate and correct patients not checked out properly)2. Clinical Data IntegrityAnalyze service records for completeness, accuracy, and billing complianceIdentify and resolve issues such as:Missing office and lab visits in programs requiring bothBillable services without appropriate E/M or Office Visit codesDiagnoses without associated E/M codesMissing vaccination administration fees for Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance patientsIncorrect service entry points (e.g., entered via Front Desk instead of Home View)Services recorded under incorrect eventsDocument current data entry workflows in MylnsightDevelop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each program to be shared with stakeholders (e.g., Patagonia)3. Duplicate Record ManagementIdentify and merge duplicate patient records using Mylnsight and related toolsMaintain consistency across the EHR system to support accurate reporting and billingRequired QualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in:Health Information Technology,Computer Science,Healthcare Administration, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience with EHR systems (preferably Mylnsight by Netsmart)Proficiency in SQL for data querying and report generationMinimum 2 years of experience with:Healthcare billing and insurance (Medicaid, Medicare, Private)ICD/CPT coding and E/M documentation standardsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with data cleanup and auditing workflows in a healthcare settingPreferred Qualifications2+ years of experience in a public health or clinical environmentFamiliarity with healthcare compliance and reporting standardsCore CompetenciesHigh attention to detail and data accuracyStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsClear verbal and written communication
