Director of Information Technology

You will balance high-level strategy with the operational excellence required to develop tailored solutions that meet our business objectives, ensuring our infrastructure is not just stable, but a competitive advantage.What You’ll Do·      Lead the company’s IT strategy, roadmap, and technology vision ·      Oversee daily operations of infrastructure including servers, networks, telecom, storage, and enterprise applications ·      Drive cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and compliance initiatives across the organization ·      Manage and mentor the IT team while building a high-performing, service-focused culture ·      Oversee vendors, contracts, and the IT department’s annual budget ·      Lead multiple cross-department technology and digital transformation projects ·      Build and enhance reporting and development capabilities using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and other tools ·      Support acquisitions, integrations, and system upgrades across multiple locationsWhat We’re Looking For10+ years leading IT teams and infrastructure strategy Strong automotive industry experience and/or strong project management experience required Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field Expertise in Microsoft Server, Active Directory, VMware, VDI, and enterprise systems Cybersecurity knowledge and vendor management experience Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills CDK DMS experience is a plus RequirementsValid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations without restrictions Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work across multiple sites Must pass drug/alcohol screening Why Join UsStable, growing, family-owned organization Executive visibility and high business impact Opportunity to modernize and shape our technology future Competitive salary and benefits
