Senior Full Stack Java Developer - Plano, TX

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to build, modernize, and enhance Operational Support Systems that support network operations, service delivery, automation, and operational intelligence. This hands-on role combines enterprise software development, cloud-native technologies, data analytics, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. The engineer will collaborate with product owners, architects, network engineers, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable OSS applications.Build and enhance systems supporting service provisioning, activation, assurance, workflow orchestration, diagnostics, and automation.Lead hands-on development throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle.Develop backend services, APIs, integrations, user interfaces, and automation components.Integrate Generative AI, AI agents, and autonomous workflows into operational tools and processes.Translate business and operational requirements into reliable technical solutions.Troubleshoot complex application, production, and integration issues.Improve application security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.Support the modernization of legacy applications into cloud-native platforms.Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency.Experience:5+ years of professional software development experience.Strong experience with software design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.Experience developing enterprise applications in fast-paced environments.Experience or working knowledge of Generative AI development.Knowledge of Agentic AI, AI agents, autonomous workflows, or AI-assisted automation.Strong Java development background.Knowledge of cloud technologies and cloud-native application development.Strong problem-solving, debugging, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.Experience with OSS/BSS platforms or telecom, broadband, fiber, wireless, or network operations is preferred.Knowledge of service provisioning, order management, activation, inventory, assurance, or diagnostic systems is preferred.Experience with workflow orchestration, event-driven architecture, messaging platforms, or Kafka is a plus.
