Cost Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Cost Estimator to support ongoing construction and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting , along with hands-on experience in project or program engineering. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts Analyze project scope, drawings, and specifications to determine cost requirements Collaborate with engineering and project teams to support project planning and execution Track and manage project costs and variances Assist in cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle Support proposal development and bid preparation Ensure estimates align with project goals and client expectations Required Qualifications Experience as a Cost Estimator in construction or engineering projects Background as a Project Engineer or Program Engineer preferred Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting Ability to analyze technical documents and project requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences construction projects Familiarity with industry tools and estimation software Additional Requirements Must be within driving distance of Rhode Island Ability to work in a hybrid environment with onsite availability as needed J-18808-Ljbffr
