Chief Operating OfficerEverett, WADescriptionAs we embark on an ambitious growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team.The COO will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth strategy, both organically and through acquisitions. This role will oversee all operational aspects of the company, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. The COO will manage key departments.The ideal candidate is currently a Chief Operating Officer, President, GM, or acting CEO with complete P&L responsibility with a company/division having revenue of $50m-$100m. The COO will be accountable for executing the primary operational objectives of the company and will report directly to the CEO.
