Marketing Manager, World of Hyatt Global Marketing
The Opportunity
Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic strategic and creative Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing team. In this role, you will be focused on the World of Hyatt while collaborating closely with the broader loyalty, brand, communications, regional, field marketing, social and sales teams across the organization. The Role
The Marketing Manager will play an important role on the World of Hyatt Global Marketing team, helping bring our brand and loyalty program to life for members and travelers around the world. In this role, you will help shape and execute integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, preference, membership growth, stay activity, and ongoing engagement.
You will lead cross-channel campaigns from brief to launch, partnering closely with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver compelling marketing strategies across owned and paid media. This is a highly collaborative role for a marketer who is both strategic and hands-on, energized by connecting ideas, people, and channels to create impactful work.
We are looking for someone who is consumer-minded, curious, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced global brand. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator, an organized project manager, and a thoughtful marketer who can move seamlessly from strategy to execution. A passion for travel and hospitality is a plus.
This position reports to the Director, Global Marketing.
Responsibilities include
Manage the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including brand initiatives, program communications, and global or regional campaigns
Establish clear, compelling marketing briefs and partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life
Create and implement communications that support strategic partnerships, business priorities, and stakeholder objectives
Manage campaign execution across multiple channels, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand, and with attention to detail
Cultivate relationships with internal teams including data and analytics, email operations, digital, brands, social, communications, legal, etc. to drive successful execution.
Use data and performance insights to optimize campaigns and inform future marketing decisions
Contribute to development of overall long-term marketing strategy across brands, functions, and regions
Consistently build knowledge of the hospitality industry, travel consumer, World of Hyatt brand and loyalty program, and competitive landscape
