Downstream Operations Planner

The Downstream Operations Planner ensures smooth processing of customer orders, reliable planning of configuration orders, and stable availability of materials across the downstream value chain. The positions combines operational order-to-cash execution with planning tasks and replenishment. The Downstream Operations Planner maintains accurate data in ERP system, coordinates with internal stakeholders, monitors material flows, resolves issues impacting delivery. Growth with in role availiableDownstream Operation Planner ITask And ResponsibilitiesActs as first point-of-contact for basic O2C questions.Processes customer orders and delivery confirmations in ERP.Handles daily internal/external customer communication.Coordinates domestic outbound shipments and prepares shipping documents.Validates sales orders for commercial completeness.Reports stock shortages and overdue POs to replenishment planners.Uses standard daily/monthly reports.Identifies escalating priority issues and reports to high-level management.Meets assigned deadlines accurately and reliably.All other duties as assigned by management.RequirementsPossess a valid Passport or have the ability to obtain and pay for a valid PassportCompleted technical and/or business education (university, technical college, or comparable further education/training)Strong MS Office skillsStrong attention to detail with emphasis on data entryBasic knowledge of ERP systems and Digital Tools systems preferredPossesses excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multi-taskAbility to function in a fast-paced work environment, both independently and as a team memberCustomer service orientedKnowledgeable in domestic and/or international shipmentsStructured and independent way of workingAnalytical with strong problem-solving skillsReliable with a high level of commitmentAvailable to work overtime and shift work when requestedAbility to focus and follow through to resolution, with an aptitude for problem solvingAbility to multi-task and strong organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and maintain quality in a fast-paced work environmentResults/deadline oriented with effective follow throughHealth and SafetyMust comply with all safety and health standards established by Fronius USA, LLC and federal, state, or local requirements.Ability to bend and reach, with repetitive motionPhysical demands of the job include standing, use of hands to manipulate objects, talking, hearing, looking, typing, walking, twisting, and bending.Employees could be requested to lift, carry, reach above the shoulder, stoop, squat, kneel and crouch.Employees could be required to lift up to 50 pounds.Employees will be occasionally exposed to tripping hazards.The noise level in the work environment is usually low to medium.Are you ready for Fronius?
