Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician, based in Fuquay-Varina, NC. The technician will perform maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, as well as troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Key responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, and adhering to EPA guidelines and safety standards. Qualifications Proven ability in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems to identify and resolve issues efficientlyStrong expertise in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systemsCommitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction through effective communication and reliable serviceCertification and adherence to EPA standards and compliance requirementsEffective problem-solving and time management skillsPrevious HVAC service experience is preferredAbility to lift and handle equipment and tools safelyRelevant technical training or certification in HVAC systems and maintenance
