The primary responsibility is to generate new business by leveraging your knowledge of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance products to identify and meet client needs. The role includes prospecting new clients, build and maintain client relationships. You will also collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the agency's overall growth.QualificationsState-issued P&C insurance license is requiredDemonstrated sales and prospecting skills to generate leads and close dealsStrong customer service and relationship management skillsKnowledge of Property and Casualty insurance products and industry regulationsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficiency with insurance management software and Microsoft Office toolsStrong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectivelyProven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a goal-oriented environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus
