Training Solution Consultant

Job Description:The Training Solution Consultant will serve as an embedded training and user-support resource for an assigned Tier 1 Subject Matter Expert (SME) team. The consultant will help ensure end users receive timely, site-specific support; identify and coordinate refresher-training needs; provide input on training-content updates; and strengthen adoption of processes, systems, and tools supported by the Tier.The consultant is expected to become an integrated member of the assigned Tier team and act as a connector among end users, SMEs, training stakeholders, local sites, and the Access and Training program offices.The Training Solution Consultant will operate as an integrated extension of the assigned Tier 1 SME team. While the consultant may support multiple sites or user groups, priorities and work activities will be coordinated with designated Tier leadership and SMEs.The role may require participation in scheduled office hours, training sessions, communities of practice, virtual meetings, and site-specific support activities.Responsibilities:• Ability to translate complex clinical, operational, or system processes into clear, practical learning content and user guidance.• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.• Experience identifying learning needs and recommending appropriate training or performance-support solutions.• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely as an embedded member of a cross-functional team.• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and follow-up activities.• Proficiency with common virtual collaboration, presentation, and documentation tools.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:• Experience developing or maintaining training materials, job aids, knowledge articles, FAQs, and facilitator guides.• Familiarity with learning-management systems, virtual-learning platforms, or knowledge-management tools.• Experience supporting geographically distributed sites, facilities, or diverse user groups.• Prior experience in a consulting or contractor role supporting client teams.
