Founded by Dierks Bentley and crafted at the historic Green River Distillery, this is a premium, world-class spirit that overdelivers on quality. We’re looking for ambassadors who match that energy—approachable, high-performance, and authentic.Your Regional TerritoryWe’ve identified four key battlegrounds. You will live in the "Hub City" but own the surrounding "Driveable" territories:Texas (The Lone Star Lead): Based in Dallas or Austin, covering the heavy-hitting Texas bourbon trail.SW Corridor (Mountain & Desert): Based in Phoenix or Denver, bridging the gap between the desert heat and the mountain chill.Atlanta (The Southeast Anchor): Owning "Hotlanta" and the surrounding Georgia spirit scene.The Carolinas (Charlotte & South Carolina): Dominating the Queen City or the coastal/upstate vibes of Charleston and Greenville.Florida (The Sunshine State): Based in a major hub (Miami, Tampa, or Orlando) to drive brand heat across the peninsula.The Core ObjectivesLiquid to Lips (The Activation Guru): Lead high-impact activations in both on-premise (bars/restaurants) and off-premise (retail) accounts. If people haven't tasted the 94-point difference yet, that’s on you.Educate the Gatekeepers: Conduct staff trainings and "Industry Nights." You need to make sure every bartender and server can tell the ROW 94 story as well as you do.New Points of Distribution (PODs): You’re a hunter. You’ll identify key accounts where ROW 94 is missing and work with our distributor partners to get us on the shelf and the menu.Grassroots Integration: Find the local festivals, concerts, and community events that "feel" like ROW 94. You’ll lead the brand integration, ensuring we aren't just a logo on a banner, but the drink in everyone's hand.Bar Takeovers: Design and execute high-energy takeovers that create FOMO and long-term brand loyalty.Visual Dominance (Merchandising): You own the "Share of Eye." In the off-premise, you’ll build high-impact displays; in the on-premise, you’ll secure menu placements. If our brand isn't the most visible in the room, the job isn't done.The Profile of a Top PerformerRoad Warrior: You love the drive.
