Propulsion Program Principal

Drives overall best valuecost, reliability, asset availability, and lifecycle performancefor assigned propulsion fleet(s) by leveraging operational demand, financial analysis, technical expertise, and industry intelligence. Leads cross-functional teams and serves as the primary point of contact for propulsion program execution, supplier and shop performance, and strategic propulsion system initiatives to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective operation of the FedEx airline fleet. Essential Functions. Lead an Engine fleet Team that conducts financial, operational, and technical analysis on propulsion system maintenance, overhaul, and modification activities to recommend optimal fleet and program strategies. Develop and evaluate business cases using financial modeling to assess lifecycle cost, reliability, and asset utilization impacts.
