We take pride in our creative and collaborative work environment and in delivering clinically excellent, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented services.What are we looking for in a Supervisor?The Clinical Supervisor, SUD Practice & Workforce Development is an enterprise-level clinical leader responsible for the supervision, performance management, and development of all SUDP and SUDT staff across the agency.This role owns the SUD workforce lifecycle, including recruitment partnership, onboarding, training, performance management, and retention.
