We support automotive, aerospace, defense, and semiconductor partners deploying complex algorithms onto constrained hardware with speed and rigor.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Platform DevOps Engineer (CI/CD + Developer Experience) to join our team. This person will be responsible for improving how software is built, tested, released, and operated by creating reliable CI/CD systems and reducing friction throughout the developer workflow.In this role, you will work closely with researchers, software engineers, and platform teams to improve the speed, consistency, and safety of our delivery processes. You will focus on building scalable CI/CD pipelines, streamlining engineering workflows, and creating internal tooling that helps teams move quickly with confidence.Core ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release automation across software projectsImprove build, test, and deployment workflows to reduce friction and increase delivery speedPartner with engineering teams to improve local development, preview environments, and release consistencyDevelop and maintain internal tooling, templates, and self-service workflows that improve developer experienceImplement deployment safeguards, artifact management, rollback processes, and environment handoff standardsHelp standardize engineering workflows across repositories, build systems, and release pipelinesCollaborate with security and platform teams to embed automated checks into the software delivery lifecycleMonitor and improve pipeline reliability, performance, and developer-facing platform usabilityRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience5+ years of experience in DevOps, release engineering, platform engineering, or CI/CD-focused rolesHands-on experience with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Buildkite, or similar toolsExperience improving software build, test, and deployment workflows in engineering organizationsFamiliarity with containers, artifact management, release processes, and deployment automationStrong scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, or similar languagesStrong understanding of developer workflow pain points and experience improving internal engineering productivityEligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearancePreferred RequirementsExperience building internal developer platforms or self-service engineering toolsFamiliarity with monorepos, multi-repo release workflows, and branch or trunk-based development modelsExperience with preview environments, developer portals, or workflow templatingKnowledge of policy checks, supply chain controls, and quality gates in CI/CD environmentsExperience working closely with research or product engineering teams in fast-moving environmentsActive U.S. security clearance (Secret or Top-Secret)BenefitsPay depends on experience, but we strive to be at the upper end of the salary rangeHealth care plan with 100% premium coverage, including medical, dental, and vision401k with 5% matchingPaid Time Off (uncapped vacation, plus sick and public holidays)Flexible hybrid or remote work arrangementRelocation assistance for qualifying employees
