This role will operate at the portfolio level, partnering with Program/Project Managers, Functional Leaders, and the PMO to drive transparency, escalate risks, and enable effective tradeoff decisions. This is a highly matrixed role requiring strong influence, executive communication, and systems-level thinking to optimize execution in a resource-constrained environment. This role requires rigorous application of core program management fundamentals to drive execution control and predictability in a highly complex, high-visibility environment.What You'll DoThe Program Manager will lead four primary areas: Divisional Coordination & GovernanceEstablish and maintain integrated visibility across all active CRM workstreams Drive program management fundamentals including integrated plans, dependency mapping, and structured risk management Identify and escalate cross-program conflicts, dependencies, and sequencing risks Align with cross-divisional stakeholders to share best practices and manage expectations across areas of shared ownership Resource Planning & TrackingDevelop and maintain consolidated resourcing views across programs and functions Monitor capacity, allocation, and constraints with Functional Managers and PMs Identify and escalate resourcing gaps and prioritization tradeoffs Enable data-driven decisions on tradeoffs, sequencing, and execution feasibility Executive Communication & AlignmentProvide concise executive updates on program status, risks, and decisions required Synthesize inputs into integrated, leadership-ready messaging Facilitate forums to drive alignment, escalation, and decisions Maintain transparency on milestones, risks, and mitigation plans PMO Integration & Portfolio TradeoffsPartner closely with the PMO to align on portfolio governance, processes, and reporting Facilitate evaluation of cross-program tradeoffs (resources, timelines, scope) Drive alignment between divisional priorities and enterprise portfolio decisions Translate portfolio priorities into clear, actionable direction for project execution What We Look For10+ years of program/project management experience in regulated industries Proven experience operating at a portfolio or program-of-programs level Deep expertise in core program management fundamentals (planning, risk, dependency, execution tracking) Track record of driving disciplined execution and predictability in complex, cross-functional programs Strong executive presence with ability to communicate complex information concisely Demonstrated ability to align stakeholders and influence decisions without formal authority Experience with resource planning, portfolio governance, and cross-functional coordination ECI is an equal opportunity employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment at ECI without regard to race; creed; color; religion; national origin; sex; age; disability; sexual orientation; gender identity or expression; genetic predisposition or carrier status; veteran, marital, or citizenship status; or any other status protected by law.At the time of this posting, all candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
