Job Description Description: We are currently seeking a professional Occupational Therapist for a Home Health Agency that serves patients in the Thousand Oaks AreaWe are based in Moorpark and have been serving Ventura County for over 20 years, are accredited by the Joint Commission and are Medicare-certified. Our company is committed to being a quality home health provider of care and services by consistently meeting the patient's home care needs, using the highest possible standards of excellence.Position is per diem. Visits rates range from $90- $110 per visit.Requirements: Current California OT licenseCurrent California Driver's License and proof of insuranceMinimum one year of clinical experience
