If you want to join us in our mission, keep reading to learn more!DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:Our Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist works 40 hours per week with flexibility in specific times and arrangements.You'll be making an impact every single day as you engage with children, develop personalized therapy plans, and collaborate with a passionate, multidisciplinary team to execute the treatment. Working with kids with developmental disabilities, delays, autism, etc., you'll perform evaluations to determine needs in areas like speech, language, and feeding. Prioritizing the children's development, you'll implement care plans, lead therapy sessions, and support every patient along their developmental journeys!OUR IDEAL LICENSED SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTRequirements:Master's degree in communication disorders or speech-language pathologyCurrent professional license from the WA State Department of Health (or in the process of obtaining one)Understanding of child development and a passion for making a difference in the lives of childrenAbility to get on the floor and play with the kidsCheerful, outgoing, and bubbly personalitySocial and creative mindsetSelf-motivation to do an amazing job and make a lasting difference for the kidsPreferred Criteria:2+ years of professional experienceSpanish fluencyCOMPENSATION PACKAGE:Competitive pay of $33.65 - $41.82/hourMedical, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plan with company matchGenerous PTO and holiday timeAssistance with licensure, professional associate, and continuing education duesFlexible scheduling to support your work/life balanceFlexible work environmentReady for a rewarding new challenge that will engage you, expand your horizons, and keep you on your toes?
