The ideal candidate will have experience in supplier management, procurement analysis, RFQ execution, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced environment.This role requires someone who can manage multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously, leverage data and AI-driven insights, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Business, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experienceInterest and capability to grow into a Sourcing Manager positionRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience with:Supplier selection and supplier performance managementCost modeling and should-cost analysisRFQ/RFP processesProcurement analytics and reportingStrong data analysis skills with the ability to synthesize information from disparate systems and navigate ambiguous datasetsExperience leveraging AI tools and technologies to support sourcing and procurement activitiesAbility to manage a high volume of concurrent tasks and sourcing projects in parallelExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsAbility to create compelling visual presentations and communicate insights effectively through data storytellingStrong negotiation skills with experience securing favorable supplier terms, volume discounts, and long-term agreementsKey Responsibilities:Support sourcing and procurement activities for technical equipment, custom-engineered products, systems, software, and componentsLaunch and manage multiple RFQs simultaneously while supporting ongoing analytical and strategic sourcing projectsPrepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase ordersDevelop cost models and perform supplier and market analysisBuild and maintain knowledge of:Technology trendsMarket dynamicsCost trendsSupplier technology roadmapsEvaluate supplier performance and partner with vendors to resolve delivery or quality issuesReview purchase order claims and contracts for compliance with company policiesNegotiate refunds, pricing, delivery schedules, and supplier agreementsPresent sourcing recommendations and business insights to stakeholders and leadership
