Program Manager

Overview As a Program Manager, you drive end-to-end execution of microelectronics development programs, aligning technical, cost, and schedule goals with customer commitments. You lead cross-functional teams across multiple sites, coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Contracts, and suppliers, and manage risk to deliver innovative solutions. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on program management in a fast-paced, technically complex environment. You will partner with customers and internal stakeholders to steer milestones and ensure successful outcomes.
