Enjoy a 35-hour workweek, meaningful teamwork, and the chance to grow professionally.Responsibilities:Be a vital part of a multidisciplinary mobile treatment team, supporting individuals with severe mental illness and forensic involvement.Conduct mental status exams and assess physical health needs.Collaborate with psychiatrists and community physicians to manage and administer medications.Deliver personalized, integrated treatment, rehabilitation, and support services directly in the community.Participate in rotating 24-hour crisis coverage, providing critical response when needed.Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including reporting potential fraud or abuse.Stay current with developments in your field and utilize agency IT systems proficiently.Perform other duties as assigned to support our mission of community-based care.Qualifications:Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the New York State Education Department.Valid NY State driver's license with a clean record.At least 1 year of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting.Experienced in medication management, mental health assessments, and community-based services.A team player with excellent communication and counseling skills.Committed to maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
