We’re looking for a Sterilization Technician with hustle, heart, and an eagle eye for detail to join our trusted team. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who makes sure every tray is ready, every room is sparkling, and every patient visit runs without a hitch.

Pay: Up to $22.00 depending on experience and skills
What You’ll Do:
You’ll be the master of all things clean, safe, and ready—making sure our providers have what they need to do what they do best.
Collect, prepare, and organize dental trays, instruments, and equipment
Think of yourself as the ultimate pit crew—keeping everything polished and patient-ready.
Sterilize dental instruments and materials using ultrasonic and autoclave equipment
A little bit science, a little bit magic—and absolutely Essential to great care.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the practice
Because spotless operatories and squeaky-clean tools aren’t just nice—they’re the standard.
Report equipment and instrument issues or misplacements
You’ll help catch the little things before they become big things.
Set up and break down operatory rooms between patients
You’ll keep the flow moving smoothly, like a backstage ninja.
Maintain OSHA compliance and dispose of sharps properly
Safety first, second, and third—you’ll be the unsung hero who keeps everyone protected.
Other duties as assigned
