Applications from candidates located outside this region will not be reviewed.Job OverviewMitratech'sLegal Spend Management team is seeking aDirectorto oversee a client portfolio for ourManaged Bill Review (MBR)solution. Thisindividual contributorroleis responsible fordriving client success, achieving definedgoalsand ensuring delivery of the full MBR value proposition.The Director will act as the primary owner of client relationships, fostering engagement and satisfaction across an enterprise portfolio. The ideal candidate combines strong client management experience with solid analytical capability, especially in interpreting and presenting data to senior stakeholders. Credibility within legal, insurance, or risk environments is highly valued.This role requires someone who is comfortable operating at both a strategic and analytical level - not just managing relationships, but actively using data to influence decisions and improve outcomes.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Own and manage enterprise client relationships across an assigned portfolioDeliver complex legal spend analytics (monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc) and translate them into clear insights for senior stakeholdersDrive client adoption and engagement through onboarding, training, and ongoing analytics supportMaintain regular contact with key decision-makers and lead stewardship/QBR meetings where appropriateCollaborate with the MBR team on client requests, including attending status meetings and escalating service issues as neededIdentify client needs and objectives and work cross-functionally to develop solutions and resolve issuesEnsure client objectives are clearly documented, tracked, and actively monitored for progressOversee the timely approval of project deliverables, maintaining alignment with scope, budget, and timelinesRecommend improvements to customer lifecycle processes and internal workflowsPartner with product and engineering teams on prioritisation and testing inputsExecute corrective action plans for at-risk clients and track outcomes through resolutionStay current on MBR products, services, and industry trendsTravel to client sites as neededRequirements & Skills:Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google SuiteAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables required; macros preferred)Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities across 20-30 enterprise clientsProven ability to build and manage senior-level client relationshipsExperience operating in fast-paced, high-accountability environmentsStrong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analytical concepts for executive audiencesExperience working with client data, reporting, or analytics tools (e.g., SQL, BI tools preferred)Analytical, process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and business impactEducation:Bachelor's Degree preferred3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within Enterprise Software or ConsultingPreferred experience in legal, insurance, claims, or risk-related industriesCompensation:Mitratech remains committed to equitable and transparent pay practices. Final base salary offered may vary from the range listed and will be determined after carefully considering multiple factors during the hiring process, including location, relevant experience and education, required competencies and skill proficiency level, and review of internal equity.
