As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Paraplanner to join our Brighton team.Role OverviewThe Paraplanner plays a key role in supporting new business and enhancing the client experience. This position focuses on two core areas:Lead Qualification: Conduct brief, structured calls with prospective clients to assess fit, gather key information, and support onboarding into the planning processPresentation Development: Create customized, polished PowerPoint presentations to support advisor-led client meetingsThis is a highly collaborative, detail-driven role requiring strong communication skills and a clear understanding of the client journey.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect Discovery & Lead QualificationConduct 15-minute introductory calls with inbound leads using a structured scriptQualify prospects based on planning needs and alignment with firm services (non-sales role)Document call details and next steps in Wealthbox CRMCoordinate with advisors on lead status, follow-ups, and schedulingServe as a professional and welcoming first point of contactSales Meeting Presentation DevelopmentPrepare customized PowerPoint presentations for client meetingsTranslate financial data, goals, and insights into clear, client-friendly visualsMaintain consistent branding and formatting standardsCollaborate with advisors to align presentations with planning strategiesIdeal CandidateStrong communicator with a professional, engaging phone presenceHighly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsComfortable working with financial data and presenting it clearlyProactive, responsive, and able to manage multiple prioritiesTeam-oriented with strong time management QualificationsRequired:1–3 years of experience in financial planning, sales support, or advisory operationsProficiency in PowerPoint and creating high-quality presentationsBasic understanding of financial planning conceptsStrong communication skills and attention to detailPreferred:Experience with Wealthbox CRMExperience working with financial advisors or in a planning-focused firmWhy Join Us?Salary: $50,000 (negotiable based on experience)Employer-contributed health insurance plus optional dental and vision (waiting period applies)Supportive, high-accountability team environmentCareer development with access to industry tools and trainingOn-site role in our Brighton, MI headquartersOpportunity to directly impact client experience and firm growthTo apply, please send your resume and a brief cover letter to careers@mfgwm.com.
