Quality Inn - Holbrook, AZ is looking for ONE front desk agent to join our team. We are located on 2602 Navajo Blvd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, consistent, reliable and above all who can make the best FIRST impression on our guests! Responsibilities *Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner *Answer and screen phone calls *Follow desktop procedures to check-in and check-out guests *Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources *Clean lobby and areas around the front desk Qualifications *Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position *Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner *Time-management and organizational skills We are looking forward to hearing from you.
