What You'll Do (Supporting a Buda Family in the Evenings)Your care helps this family feel safe, supported, and confident during the hours they need help most.Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feedingSupport mobility and safe transfersPrepare simple meals and follow dietary needsOffer companionship and emotional support during evening routinesHelp with light housekeeping to maintain a safe environmentProvide transportation or run errands as neededMonitor and report changes in client conditionFollow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentationUphold privacy, dignity, and HIPAA standardsEngage the client in calming, meaningful evening activities??
