We offer competitive wages, full health care benefits and a continuous learning culture for those who want to grow with the company.Job Summary: The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for day-to-day support of our outside Sales/Regional Managers, providing a high level of communication efforts, top notch CRM management and skilled lead generation through various lead generating outlets, including outbound calling efforts, trade shows and dealer/customer visits.Key Job Duties And Responsibilities Quote Management:Collaborate with RM on all quoting activities.Track and analyze past-due quotes and conversion rates by RM/product.Identify win/loss reasons to improve future conversions.Manage daily quote dashboard emails and address past-due quotes in weekly meetings.Generate and send customer-specific quote reports.Relationship and Contact Management:Input and maintain CRM with updated contact and dealer information.Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.Support RM with key dealer accounts and deliver sales presentations as needed.Provide excellent customer service and support.Lead and Opportunity Management:Identify, qualify, and track all leads and opportunities in CRM.Conduct outbound calls based on product/program offerings.Link quotes to opportunities and ensure CRM data accuracy.Regularly review and update funnel reports.Product Knowledge and Training:Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.Participate in ongoing training and education on company products/services.Communication:Upload call summaries and maintain regular account update meetings.Communicate updates on leads and opportunities through preferred channelsRequired Skills/Abilities:Strong communication skillsAbility to build rapport with customersPassion for salesWork independently and be self-motivatedWork well as part of and support a teamComputer skills include MS SuiteFamiliarity with CRM/ data managementStrong attention to detailAbility to multi-taskAbility to handle stress and short timelinesEducation and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent is requiredBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications is preferredExperience in sales and/or customer service is preferredPhysical Requirements:Ability to talk and hear to enable effective communicationComfortable operating and functioning in a safe manner around heavy equipmentProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerOccasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, work at deskAvailable and comfortable with travel (15 – 20%)This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
