Elad Systems is hiring a Salesforce Systems Analyst!Join a strategic project within the Ministry of Labor and take part in analyzing, designing, and delivering Salesforce-based solutions that support critical business processes.Location: Jerusalem Position: Full-timeWhat You'll Do:Analyze and document complex business processes and system requirements.Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.Analyze and design Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and best practices.Define and document APIs, Web Services, and system interfaces.Support end-to-end project delivery in a dynamic Agile environment.Requirements:Relevant academic qualification – required.At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis.At least 4 years of experience analyzing Salesforce systems, including requirements gathering and business analysis.Experience writing functional and technical specification documents.Experience working in Agile methodologies.Experience collaborating with development teams in a dynamic environment.Familiarity with databases.Experience analyzing APIs and Web Services.Strong analytical skills, ability to learn quickly, work independently, and manage multiple tasks under pressureAdvantages:Background as a software developer.Experience working in government organizations or large public-sector environments.Project management experience.Recognized certification or formal training in Systems Analysis.If you're an experienced Salesforce Systems Analyst looking to join a meaningful, large-scale public sector project, we'd love to hear from you.
