Common Man Roadside is hiring Assistant Kitchen Managers for our Portsmouth store, located on Route 1/ Lafayette Rd!Come work for a great New Hampshire company in a fun, fast-paced, and unique location!The Assistant Kitchen Manager will support the Kitchen Manager and their team in the operations and performance of the kitchen. Duties include:Overseeing the planning and preparation of food productionOrdering and inventory managementDaily paperwork, reporting, and logsSafety and sanitationEmployee management, including scheduling, training, and developmentThis is a working management role- our managers work on the line and prep food, offer hands-on training, guidance, and development of staff, and assist customers.
