This person will work closely with the senior team on opportunities across the clean energy and infrastructure sectors.This is a high-impact role for someone with experience in renewable energy finance, project finance, structured finance, capital markets, investment banking, or infrastructure investing who wants to join a growing platform and take on real deal ownership.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage complex financial models for tax equity financing of solar and storage projectsStructure deals to optimize tax credit utilization (ITC, PTC), including partnership flips, direct transfers, and hybrid modelsLead diligence efforts with internal teams, consultants, and legal counsel to support transaction executionInterface directly with tax equity investors on negotiation, documentation, and closing processesSupport M&A evaluations related to project acquisitions and divestituresPrepare materials for internal stakeholders, including executive leadership and investment committeesCandidate QualificationsExperience: 1-3+ years in tax equity financing, ideally within a project finance or investment environment. Experience with debt, M&A transactions involving renewable energy assets is a plus. Technical Skills: Expertise in tax equity modeling, deal structuring, and credit mechanismsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferredAnalytical Acumen: Strong quantitative skills and exceptional attention to detailCommunication: Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and investors with clarity and confidenceCulture Fit: Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
