Comprehensive Benefits Package: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance; 404(b) Retirement Plan with Employer Match; Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay; Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance for eligible positions.Key Responsibilities:Provide oncology infusion therapy including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted treatmentsAssess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based nursing practiceMonitor patients before, during, and after infusion therapy and respond to clinical changesMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationEducate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and potential side effectsCoordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teamsEnsure safe handling and administration of hazardous medications according to safety guidelinesParticipate in performance improvement and professional development initiativesServe as a mentor or preceptor for nursing staff when appropriateUphold confidentiality, patient safety, and professional nursing standardsKey Requirements and Technology Experience: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience in a clinical settingOutpatient oncology or infusion nursing experience preferredChemotherapy competency through an approved provider (ONS or equivalent) preferredStrong patient assessment and infusion therapy management skillsExcellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skillsAbility to manage complex patient care situations in an outpatient infusion environmentOur client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
