The board employs THA’s President/CEO, who in turn employs the remainder of THA’s staff of approximately 200 team members.RequirementsBachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in psychology, sociology, social work, human services, or a business-related degree or;Associate degree in psychology, sociology, social work, human services, or a business-related degree and 1-2 years of work, volunteer, or internship experience in a social service field.Must possess valid Oklahoma driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance coverage.Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
