This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and doesn’t mind jumping in where they’re needed most. You’ll help cover different clinic locations when team members are out, and when you’re not covering, you’ll work from your home base clinic supporting behind-the-scenes tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide full front office coverage at various clinic locations as needed due to staff absences (PTO, illness, etc.)Manage all front desk responsibilities including answering phones, scheduling appointments, patient check-in/check-out, and collecting copays.Verify insurance eligibility and benefits and ensure accurate patient information is entered into the systemCoordinate and process patient referrals and obtain necessary authorizations when applicableDeliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for patients and visitorsTravel to assigned clinic locations within the designated service areaBack Office Responsibilities (Home Base Location)Support administrative workflows to keep clinic operations running efficientlyAssist with insurance-related tasks, including follow-ups and issue resolutionHelp manage authorization and referral tracking to ensure timely processingMaintain accurate documentation and update patient information as neededProvide general administrative support to the clinic teamRequirements High school graduate or equivalent1+ years of previous knowledge in a medical front office environmentExcellent telephone skillsProficient in Word and ExcelExperience with medical software preferredTeam player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer serviceFlexible, organized, and reliableGreat time management skillsAttentive to detailCompensation: Hourly rate of $17 - $20 depending upon experienceExcellent benefits package including 401k, health, dental, vision, and generous Paid Time OffEmployee discount plansEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Investment from a company that wants you to succeed and thriveNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
