Our products are trusted on film sets, live events, and studios across the globe, and we pride ourselves on innovation, quality, and precision in everything we build.What will I be doing?As in Inventory Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting daily warehouse and production operations. This position is responsible for receiving, tracking, and organizing inventory to ensure materials and finished goods are available, accounted for, and ready to support manufacturing, order fulfillment, and R&D needs.A typical day might include the followingReceive, inspect, and log incoming materials, components, and finished goods in Operations SheetsAccurately enter inventory transactions into the inventory management/ERP systemMaintain organized storage locations and ensure proper labeling of all inventoryAccurately pull, pick, and issue daily work ordersCoordinate with purchasing, production, and shipping teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availabilityInvestigate, report and help resolve discrepancies between physical counts and computer recordsPerform regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventoriesReallocate parts systematically from production back into warehouse inventoryAssist with continuous improvement of inventory and warehouse processesFollow ESD, quality, and safety procedures when handling electronic componentsOther duties as assigned Qualified candidates must haveHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standardsAbility to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environmentReliable and punctualGood written and verbal communication skillsBasic computer skills for inventory management and record keeping (Google Sheets for Fulfillment/Inventory Workflow)Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to follow safety guidelinesAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to work overtime/flexible scheduleStrong teamwork skillsExperience as Inventory Clerk or Materials Handler a plus More important information for youFlexible Paid Time Off13 Paid HolidaysMedical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance401(k) & MatchingVibrant work environmentComplimentary EV onsite chargingWhy Teradek?This position is based in Irvine, CAThe position is ON-SITESchedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hour day, some overtime required (some Saturdays)Our brands are leaders in defensible niche markets in terms of premium products, technology innovation and/or market share.Our products typically attached to, or support, a camera - primarily for broadcast, cinematic, video, photographic and smartphone applications.
