The role involves working across technical and functional domains, performing root cause analysis, guiding teams, and ensuring application stability and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs) and Angular/React.jsPerform advanced debugging and troubleshooting of application and production issues across distributed systemsEngage with business users to understand issues, analyze requirements, and provide effective workarounds or permanent solutionsConduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents, document findings, and recommend corrective actionsPrepare clear summaries and technical analysis reports for development teams to implement fixesEnsure proactive stakeholder communication, including status updates, risks, and resolution timelinesProvide technical and functional expertise across applications and systemsCoordinate with teams to manage deliverables, issue resolution, and continuous improvementsMentor and guide team members on technical solutions, best practices, and business understandingRequired Skills & Technical ExpertiseStrong experience in .NET Full Stack Development (C#, ASP.NET, APIs)Hands-on experience with Angular and/or React.jsStrong knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle databasesProven expertise in debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolutionAbility to analyze issues across multiple tech stacks, including basic familiarity with Java-based applicationsExperience with application migrations and database migrationsKnowledge of NDM (Network Data Mover), NAS storage systems, and file transfer mechanisms, messaging mechanismsExposure to Cloud platforms (OpenShift Container Platform - OCP)Experience in handling security scans (Black Duck, Checkmarx) and fixing vulnerabilitiesUnderstanding of SLA management, incident management, and production support processesFunctional & Behavioral SkillsStrong experience in business user interaction and requirement analysisAbility to translate business needs into technical solutionsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsCapability to work on both technical and functional aspectsExperience in team coordination, mentoring, and leadershipPreferred QualificationsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExposure to banking/enterprise applications (preferred)Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
