Donation Station Attendant- Part Time

Our Donation Station Attendants exceed donor expectations by providing exceptional service. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring every donor has positive experience.This is a part time position; 2 days per weekEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Greet donors; deliver courteous and respectful serviceAssist with receiving and recording donationsSafeguard donations until collectedMaintain a clean and organized donation sitePlace any flags, banners, balloons or signage in visible, attractive mannerEnsure that trailer has all necessary suppliesQualifications:Demonstrated customer service skillsPlanning and organizational skillsAbility to stand 6-8 hours per day, bending frequentlyAble to lift up to 35 pounds regularlyGood communication skills, oral and writtenAbility to work independently or as part of a teamAble to establish relationships with peers, internal and external customersMust be at least 18 years of ageWillingness to submit to drug screening and background checkEducation, Experience, Training Required:High school diploma or equivalent; or a combination of education and experience that yields the required knowledge, skills and abilities.High level of diplomacy and interpersonal skills.
