Coverage Needed October 1, 2023 - Ongoing Schedule 2 Weeks on/2 Weeks off Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Clinical Details Adult 100% Outpatient Clinic 15 Office Visits per day Trauma Level 3 Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible Active OR License or IMLC BLS, ACLS Providers must be willing to take call - call is extremely light and must be able to do both below: Hospital call- only 8-5 Mon- Friday (not on weekends) Clinic call (only phone calls) all hours of day Mon- Sun- very rarely called back in Call Inpatient Call M-F 8am-5pm Clinic Call M-S Beeper 20 Minute Response Time Support Staff 3 Physicians in group 1 Mid-level 1 RN Supervisor 6 MAs 1 Clinic Care Coordinator 5 Front Staff EMR EPIC
