Senior Corporate Attorney, Employment Law
A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Attorney, Employment & Litigation.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on federal, state, and local labor and employment law issues, partnering with leadership and business teams
Manage litigation, arbitrations, and disputes, including oversight of outside counsel
Draft employment-related agreements, policies, and provide training on employment law topics
Required Qualifications
JD degree with active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
5+ years of related experience, preferably in both law firm and in-house settings
Proven track record as an employment law advisor to HR teams and business leaders
Expertise in employment law disciplines such as Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and others
Experience managing litigation and disputes
