Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with food handling regulations Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and provide friendly service to enhance their experience Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for sales transactions Support food preparation tasks including serving food items and ensuring proper food safety practices Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Experience Prior barista experience or background working in a café or food service environment is preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and serving techniques Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and sales calculations Experience in the food industry or retail environment is a plus Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable moments for every guest.
