Certified Pilates Instructors for Mighty Pilates

Mighty Pilates in Santa Monica and Westwood are looking for energetic Pilates instructor to teach group classes and privates at our 5-star studio. We incorporate the great foundations of Classical Pilates, while upping the intensity factor for an inspired, invigorating workout. We are proud of our 5 Stars in Yelp. Our first location in San Francisco has been open for 15 years and we also have locations in Marin, Berkley, and Lafayette in addition to Santa Monica and Westwood. Each shift is either all private availability or classes with private availability. Our Santa Monica location is on Montana Avenue above La La Land and our new Westwood location is in Westwood Village near the movie theater. We are looking for certified Pilates instructors to teach 50-minute classes and private sessions. We are looking for Pilates teachers who feel comfortable teaching a variety of classes, incorporating tough cardio with classic Pilates moves and Foundations classes for beginners. We are looking for availability in early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Perks: We offer excellent base class pay of 4 students with added incentives for additional students (up to 12 in class). We have tiered pay scale based on experience and number of shifts worked. We emphasize ongoing education and offer staff some free classes monthly, then $5 drop-ins for any additional classes. Benefits that include discounts on ongoing education. Participate in a retirement plan (we don't match but we pay for the operational costs). We offer some reimbursement for classes at other studios as your ongoing education is important to us. Requirements: Pilates Certified in Mat and Reformer PreNatal, Chair, Cadillac experience a plus Energetic, warm, motivational teacher with a loyal following Experience teaching group classes of at least 6 people Passion for helping students reach their fitness goals If you would like a schedule of privates and aren't interested in teaching classes, we can also do that at most times.
