Role Description The Nurse Supervisor (RN) will oversee nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. This contract role involves supervising treatment plans, managing critical care situations, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. This role is fully remote, allowing flexibility while maintaining high standards of patient care and team leadership. Qualifications Proven experience in Nursing Management and oversight of nursing teamsStrong expertise in Medicine, Nursing, and Patient Care protocolsKnowledge and experience in Critical Care Medicine and managing acute patient casesExcellent leadership, organizational, and communication skillsCurrent, unrestricted RN license in the relevant state(s)Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent; advanced degrees or certifications are a plusExperience with healthcare technology or telehealth platforms is an advantage
