Focus may be area specific.Primary Functions:Understand contractual requirements and communicate to teamAssist the Project Engineering ManagerExpedite the flow of technical informationFocal point for technical issues/coordination between COMPANY, Supplier and Client for area of responsibilityMaintain the action items listDevelop and coordinate engineering subcontractsManagement / resolution of Management of Change program (MOC)Coordinate purchase requisitionsMonitor suppliers' compliance with purchase order conditionsFacilitate communication between discipline leadersMonitor quality of design workActively manage the engineering work hour budget for their area of responsibilitySupport the subcontract planManage staffing levelsActively support safety, quality, schedule and cost objectivesActively support constructability program and communicate constructability issues to discipline engineersAssist with project closeout and turnover of deliverable to Client
