Also, ensuring projects assigned are completed on time, efficiently, and within budget. Managing large electrical projects by taking projects from start to finish while developing strong teams for each project.Roles And ResponsibilitiesAnalyze construction documents and interpret with the ability to identify, execute, and troubleshoot issues – Scope of Work InterpretationResponsible for project budget and billing concerning both the Owner and SubcontractorsParticipate in developing and prototyping prefabricated electrical solutions for the construction industryCollaborate on the development and optimization of offsite fabrication processesPerform pilot installations of solutions developedCollaborate with the team to develop instructions and training programs for solutionsResearch both technical and building code requirements for Electrical integrationCoordinate and directly communicate with the project team: Owner, Architects, IOR, and SubcontractorsManage and prepare potential cost impacts and Change Orders. Negotiate costs with Owners.Review and approve subcontractor submittals in accordance with construction documentsQuality assurance and quality control in all aspectsMonitor daily work activities to ensure proper adherence with company and Jobsite safety requirementsManage permits and inspections of pilot projects and select internal projectsCreate training programs and mentor electricians, on-field install teamsManages difficult customer situations, responds promptly to customer needs, solicits customer feedback to improve service, responds to requests for service and assistance, and meets commitments.Work with interdisciplinary teams and multiple trades toward integrated product solutions (e.g., framers, HVAC, plumbers)Take ownership of your work from start to finishWork with manufacturing to implement factory production processes and automationCollaborate with the team toward process and product improvementWork outside of primary responsibilities as neededProvide Weekly workload on Monday daily in PROCOREProvide a daily report on workload report in PROCORE.Additional duties as assigned by managementQualifications And ExperienceAt least 5 years of project management experience in electricalJourneyman or Master Electrician's license a plusStrong technical understanding of materials and methods used in the installation of electrical projectsValid Driver’s LicenseExtensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contractsExceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.Competency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.Ability to work on tight deadlines.Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to successfully perform this job's essential functions.
