Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Service Representative located in Milwaukee, WI. The Patient Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for patients, handling appointment scheduling, assisting with insurance verification, managing inquiries with professionalism and strong phone etiquette, and ensuring smooth operations within a medical office environment. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service to enhance the patient experience.
