Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance role based in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The role involves performing daily equipment maintenance, conducting preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and executing repair work to ensure the smooth operation of facilities. The individual will work to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with established maintenance standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive MaintenanceExperience in Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and related tasksAbility to perform effective troubleshooting and resolve technical issuesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a physically active, on-site environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; certifications in maintenance or related trades are a plusKnowledge of safety protocols and compliance guidelinesPrevious experience in property management or facilities maintenance is a plus
