Graphic Designer

GRAPHIC DESIGNERPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer at A3 Visual, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating engaging designs for a wide range of clients across multiple industries. You will work closely with the Art Director and other team members to deliver visually compelling work that meets client expectations while adhering to brand guidelines. On-Site, full-time at out Los Angeles headquarters: 8955 National Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90034.Key Responsibilities1.     Work with the team to develop visual concepts and designs that align with project objectives.2.    Create high-quality designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, packaging, and more.3.    Assist the Art Director and other designers to ensure design consistency across all projects.4.    Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and innovative solutions.5.    Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining ownership of organized files.6.    Revise designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams.7.     Stay up to date with industry trends, design software, and best practices.8.    Prepare final files for print and digital publication.Requirements·      Associate’s degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent work experience.·      2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.·      Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.·      Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.·      Excellent communication and collaboration skills.·      Base knowledge of industry standard print process (CMYK, high-res output, file hygiene, etc.).·      Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.·      Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design aesthetics and problem-solving skills.·      Knowledge of motion graphics and 3D design software is a plus.Compensation·      $60,000 - $70,000 salary range (based on experience)·      Medical, dental, vision insurance·      401K·      Paid time off Send resume and portfolio to hhinrichs@a3visual.com
