The Facilities Coordinator will oversee daily operations by supporting facility management tasks, coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and workplace standards. The role requires the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items. QualificationsProficient in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM), including maintenance coordination and compliance with safety and operational standards.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage effective engagement with clients, internal teams, and vendors.Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems efficiently, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and organizational effectiveness.Working knowledge of FM software systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Certification in facilities management (e.g., IFMA or equivalent) is a plus.
