We are a full service marketing agency seeking a data-driven and creative Paid Media Specialist / Digital Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically minded, and up to date with the latest digital advertising trends.About the RoleThis role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic/display networks.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to optimize budget spend, targeting, and creative.Collaborate with internal teams (content, creative, web) to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages aligned with campaign objectives.Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve campaign effectiveness.Maintain and report on campaign budgets, forecasts, and performance to stakeholders on a regular basis.Coordinate digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, SEO efforts, and website updates when required.Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital advertising best practices.Support lead generation and e-commerce strategies through effective funnel management.Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and other ad tech platforms to track performance and insights. QualificationsProven experience in paid search management with a strong understanding of performance marketing principles.Familiarity with social media management tools and email marketing platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail in graphic design elements.Ability to conduct thorough research to inform campaign strategies and creative development.
